Delivery

When will I get my order?

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped. Shipping time depends on where you live, but can be estimated as follows.

USA 3-5 business days

International 10-20 business days

Where are my items shipping from?

All clothing, hats, etc. are shipping from our manufacturer, who has locations worldwide. If you are ordering in North America it will most of the time, be coming from the U.S. and sometimes Mexico. If you are ordering outside of North America it will be coming from Europe. 

All hand painted items will be coming from the great state of Pennsylvania, here at the Self Care home base. 


I’ve received only part of my order, why is that?

Our manufacturer has three facilities in the U.S. as well as one in Mexico and Latvia. Sometimes they will send only part of an order instead of the entire thing. This is because some things will get finished a lot sooner than others, and this is their way or prioritizing. There are also situations where your order is being completed at multiple locations, therefore it will be shipped separately.

How can I track my order?

Tracking is automatically emailed to you the moment your package is in the system of the mail carrier. From there you can track your package along its journey to you. 

My item has arrived damaged and or is the wrong item. What do I do now?

I am so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help resolve this for you quickly, please email me at Selfcareclothing@outlook.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! Most items are replaced, free of charge. 

What about returns?

Currently I do not accept returns. If you’re unhappy with your item or it has come damaged, please contact me at Selfcareclothing@outlook.com or shoot me a message on one of the social media platforms at the bottom of the page. 

Refunds

I don’t not offer refunds on items, but if your item has come damaged, or you wrong thing, I’m happy to replace it for you free of charge. 

I need to cancel my order, is that possible?

That depends. All ordered that are placed are automatically synced to our manufacturer who is also our distributor. They will automatically start making orders placed. If it is caught in time, I can issue a refund. If they have already begun the process of creating your order, I cannot issue a refund. Since everything is made on demand, once the items have been paid for, and been made, I cannot issue a refund.

Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?

Exchanges are not offered at this time. If you have any concerns on the size/fit of an item, and the sizing chart has not been provided, please contact me for any questions. All of my clothing is unisex.
