PLEASE order the correct sizes. We are NOT responsible for fixing sizing issues after ordering, nor will we change a size once it’s been ordered. We get 100s of emails a day, and cannot respond to every single one of them. If you ordered the wrong size you will have to send back the item for a refund, and then reorder
We accept most returns within 14 days of receiving your items.
Customer is liable for shipping any returns. A lot of our clothing is made to order therefore we do not pay for return shipping unless you received the wrong item, etc.
Exchanges are not accepted.

A lot of our items are made to order. This is not only a way to reduce cost. This ensures that our items produce less waste, and are not produced is mass. Mass productions tend to have items that may get overlooked in quality control, and that's not something we want to happen. Because of that, we do not offer refunds for certain situations. We due however offer refunds for the following.
If an item is out of stock, you received a damaged item, your order never arrives, you are unhappy with the quality and do not want a replacement item. NOTE: These are very rare occurrences and we rarely, if ever, see them. Most refunds are case to case.
We highly recommend you research the sizing of the items you purchase, and please understand that we do not accept exchanges under any circumstances.
Items that are made to order tend to take a little while longer to get shipped, and we hope you understand this! Not all of our items are made to order, in fact we have begun to pre-make certain items in small batches to ensure high quality control and store them at our headquarters on site, so they ship very quickly!
Items that are in stock also may be outsourced to other businesses, but remain the to be of the highest quality. Self Care Clothing Co. works with a variety of other business owners and has developed a network of other vendors that supply our shop.
