I became an artist at a young age, everywhere I’d go I had my art supplies. Six years ago I started drawing and painting traditional tattoo flash, and it’s been a love affair ever since. In my adult life I struggled with addiction, and poor mental health. In 2016 I sought help, and turned my life around thanks to the help of my family and friends. This is why I choose to give back to the mental health and recovery communities with 10% of all of the proceeds. I just want to help break the stigma that surrounds these issues, and let people know that it’s okay to not be okay. It’s okay to need help and have feelings. It’s okay to be yourself and be a work in progress. Don’t give up on yourself, you’re worth it.
Since March of 2020 I have upped the donation percentage to 15% and have been donating to Feedingamerica.org to help sustain their network of food banks across the country. So far with your help, we have been able to feed over 1500 people.
