Our ultimate goal as a company is to strive for the best customer service we can provide, as well as provide high quality items with high quality art. We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any comments, questions, or concerns.

PLEASE order the correct sizes. We are NOT responsible for fixing sizing issues after ordering, nor will we change a size once it’s been ordered.

We do not accept returns or exchanges  Most of our apparel is made to order.

Exchanges are not accepted.

We highly recommend you research the sizing of the items you purchase, and please understand that we do not accept exchanges under any circumstances. 

Items that are made to order tend to take a little while longer to get shipped, and we hope you understand this! Not all of our items are made to order, in fact we have begun to pre-make certain items in small batches to ensure high quality control and store them at our headquarters on site, so they ship very quickly!

Items that are in stock also may be outsourced to other businesses, but remain the to be of the highest quality. Self Care Clothing Co. works with a variety of other business owners and has developed a network of other vendors that supply our shop. Some examples of in stock items  that we work with can be found below.

Items: Keychains, stickers, wallet, tapestries, jackets, some headwear, all artwork, and a select amount of apparel and headwear.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is your duty to track and receive packages. If you have a lost package please contact your carrier. We do not send re-shipments for lost or stolen packages.
