Delivery

When will I get my order?

Most orders ship within a week! Some can take up to 3 weeks, and preorders typically take 8 weeks. Please be patient. 

I’ve received only part of my order, why is that?

Split shipments are quite common from us being that a lot of our items are made to order to reduce waste and lower overhead.

How can I track my order?

Tracking is automatically emailed to you the moment your package is in the system of the mail carrier. From there you can track your package along its journey to you. Please check your junk folder and double check if you signed up for SMS and not emails.

My item has arrived damaged and or is the wrong item. What do I do now?

To help resolve this for you quickly, please email us at orders@selfcareclothingcompany.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What about returns?

Currently we do not accept returns. If you’re unhappy with your item or it has come damaged, please contact us at orders@selfcareclothingcompany.com

Refunds

We don’t not offer refunds on items. All sales are final.

Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?

Exchanges are not offered at this time. If you have any concerns on the size/fit of an item, and the sizing chart has not been provided, please contact me for any questions.
