Our ultimate goal as a company is to strive for the best customer service we can provide, as well as provide high quality items with high quality art. We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any comments, questions, or concerns.

PLEASE order the correct sizes. We are NOT responsible for fixing sizing issues after ordering, nor will we change a size once it’s been ordered. That means that if you place an order and then realize you've made a mistake we cannot guarantee that your mistake will be fixed before your order is sent. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges  Most of our apparel is made to order.

Exchanges are not accepted.

We highly recommend you research the sizing of the items you purchase, and please understand that we do not accept exchanges under any circumstances. 

Items that are made to order tend to take a little while longer to get shipped, and we hope you understand this! Not all of our items are made to order, in fact we have begun to pre-make certain items in small batches to ensure high quality control and store them at our headquarters on site, so they ship very quickly!

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is your duty to track and receive packages. If you have a lost package please contact your carrier. We do not send re-shipments for lost or stolen packages.
